The Story

The West End Sconce is inspired by the West End area of Orleans parish.  Prior to Hurricane Katrina, the area was full of seafood restaurants, Southern Yacht club, and a number of boat houses.  The nautical-inspired lighting fixture is composed of two standard-sized sockets with glass bulb covers.  There are three finish options that each have their own look.  The classic, raw brass finish keeps things simple but interesting.  The matte black finish will instantly modernize your space, and chrome finish works perfectly as a transitional piece that can add a modern touch to an otherwise traditional space.

The West End Sconce is typically used as vanity lighting in a bathroom.  However, you can also use it to light up a small closet as a flushmount fixture, or use a pair to flank a fireplace.

The fixture is composed of two standard-sized E26 sockets. Bulbs are not included.

Measurements & Info:

  • 18" W, 5" H, 6" Dwidth: approximately 18 inches
  • Wall Plate is 5" diameter, 1" depth
  • Bulbs not included. We recommend using G16/16.5 bulbs that have an E26 screw base.  An Incandescent version of this bulb can be purchased.
