At Sazerac Stitches, we want you to love your lighting and home decor. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on standard items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Pack with Care

Repackage the item in its original box with all mounting hardware and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our New Orleans studio.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
